The Restoring Father

Rob explores a well known story with three characters – a slice of life that we all live each day. It’s a story of disgrace and rebellion, of loyalty and injustice, of patience and forgiveness. In this tale we have one character making a long journey to a far land and disaster, another who’s shorter journey was to restoration and repentance, and one who’s role was to learn forgiveness without leaving the front door. Whomever we identify with most, the most treasured element of this tale is that the Father will always forgive and give us a better life. “…I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10
