The Saviour Who Didn’t Save Himself
Jesus laid down His life to save not only the Jews, but every person who has ever lived. Jesus died surrounded by hatred and mockery, but His heart was full of love and forgiveness. As we behold Jesus a transformation will happen in our own hearts. We will look at the cross and the love of Christ, and decide to follow Him.
Looking unto Jesus, the author and ]finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2
