Unless the Seed Dies
Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. John 12:24, 25
Whenever the seed dies it multiples. Every living thing has originated from a seed. The seeds we produce are the fruit of the spirit. It is only by dying to self that we can produce God’s works in our lives.
Dying with Jesus, by death reckoned mine;
Living with Jesus, a new life divine;
Looking to Jesus till glory doth shine,
Moment by moment, O Lord, I am Thine.
