The Power of Prayer
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
Prayer is the greatest gift God has given us outside of salvation. Unburdening, sharing, our thoughts having something to say out loud. That’s what prayer is all about. Prayer is simply communication with God. God wants to be a a part of our lives. He wants to hear our words, both audibly and to ourselves quietly. What we need is to seek God. To pursue him and inquire of him diligently.
The Lord looks from heaven;
He sees all the sons of men.
From the place of His dwelling He looks
On all the inhabitants of the earth;
He fashions their hearts individually;
He considers all their works.
