Judgement – Are we ready?

Carel Neuhoff, our Blue Hills College Principle talks about the importance of what is really in our hearts; what God sees in us. Through his God given wisdom; Solomon was able to discern between two women who both claimed the same baby, and his method showed the true nature of their hearts.
“…ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. ” Dan 7:10 The aim of the judgement is to show what is in our hearts. Each day we need to ask ourselves if we are truly seeking the Lord. We need to pray as David did: “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Psalms 139:23,24
